Community Groups
Our Community Groups are getting started this month for our spring study - a look at the friendship between Jonathan and David as it’s recorded in 1 and 2 Samuel. Anyone is welcome to join a Community Group; there are Zoom options as well as in-person meetings at the church. For the full list of meeting times and details, click here.
Tobogganing at Cleveland Metroparks
Join us for a few hours of fun at the Cleveland Metroparks! The ice toboggans located in Strongsville will be ours to use from 6:00-9:00 PM on Sunday, February 21st. Grab your ticket here - we hope you can make it!
Youth Winter Retreats
This year, we're offering two separate one-day retreats for our middle and high school groups. We'll be meeting up at Parkside Bainbridge's youth facility called "The Warehouse," which is equipped all sorts of fun, including as inflatable obstacle courses. We'll play games, build relationships, and study the Bible together. The Middle School Retreat (for grades 6-8) will take place from 10am to 9pm on Saturday, March 6th and the High School Retreat (grades 9-12) will take place from 10am to 9pm on Saturday, March 13th.
Membership Happenings
If you'd like to pursue membership here at Parkside Westside, we'd invite you to join us for our Membership Class on March 7th at 10:15 am. You can sign-up here! Additionally, for those who are currently members, we will be holding a "Member Meet-up" on March 7th at 5:00 pm.
Video Venue for Parents
In an effort to provide some additional flexibility for parents with young children, on a trial basis we will begin streaming services in the lower level. Families may RSVP for the 9:00am or 10:30am service as normal and utilize the space as needed. Please note that this option is specifically designed to serve our families with infants and young children and is not intended as an alternate format for all attenders.
Children's Ministry during COVID-19
We are not offering children’s ministry at this time, due to potential risks to children and volunteers, and because of the difficulty in ensuring proper sanitization. We are, however, glad to make our children's curriculum available for home use. Curriculum will be distributed via a shared drive; if you are not a member of the "Children's" group in CCB and would like access to the curriculum, please email and we will add you.
Building Campaign
If you would still like to participate in our Pledge Campaign, we would welcome you to do so. If you have already pledged, you are now able to set up your online gift through the "Give" tab in CCB or designate your checks as "Building Campaign" in the memo line. For more information, please visit our Building Campaign webpage.
